First of all: thank you all for the supportive and positiv response on my decition to start translating my blogposts to english.
This was defenitly a good decition. I got 3 new followers, nice comments both from in- and abroad. I also met two new bloggers:
irene Re-VINTAGED who Adore Vintage Fabrics, especially Barkcloth Florals from the '40/'50's
AND
Naturally Carol says about here selfe:
"welcome to a slice of my world, my faith and a bit of creative stuff, mainly sewing with a bit of crochet".
Here latest post is about the flood with a humoristic twist to it. It was very amusing to read a local and personal report from the flooded areas in Astralia, as I have just seen it on the news up here.
Well, this post will show somthing that is very typical for lots of norwegian interiorbloggers to day.
White interiordecoration is very in the wind at the moment. Somthing that has come along with this is Quotes and letters. In some homes you can find Quotes, words and letters all over. This is not a trend that I am a part of, but it is very typical in lots of other blogs, so I thougt it would be fun to make a post about it.
This photo is from one of the bloggers I visit every day. She posts a lot and she takes beautiful photos.
Elin Anita is also the most loveable person ever! I meet her from time to time at the local Sunday Marked in Birkelunden. You can se photos from the market
HERE and
HERE.
This says somthing like: Sleep thight little darling. :) Chic Romantique is representative for the norwegian Romantic white style, but she also has a very cool black and masculine kitchen.
What about these qute curtains!? Also from Chic Romantique.
A friend of mine bougt this curtains, but she was stupid enough to listen to a man about the mesurments of the windows, so she ended up with to narrow curtains. So! Great news if you liked these curtains, she is putting them up for sale. Its tow lift Curtains, same as the ones from Chic Romatique . The width is 100 cm and the price is 800 NOK for both the curtains. They are still in the case, since it did not take a big effort to see that they where to narrow for her window.
800 kr for to stk liftgardiner med kjempefint trykk!
Since I want to reach out to more of my foreign visitors I will repeat some of the post of yesterday :)
This is my second post in English. I have seen from time to time there are visitors from all over Europe,The States, Russia, England, Africa, Asia and even as far as from Down Under! <3
This makes me curious of who you all are!
Are you Norwegians staying abroad, ceeping in touch with Norway and whats going on here?,
or are some of you foreigners checking out whats going on in Norway and Scandinavia?
I would very much like to include you all,
so therefor I decided to try ruffly translate my comments to English.
I would be very happy to get some feedback on what you think!
Should I continue to post in English?
P.S. I have no doubt that I have made a lot of spelling misstakse, but it would be to timeconsuming to check and correckt it all.... If its to bad, let me know, maby I can ask my american friend to do the spell-chek for me ;)
Have a fantastic weekend all of you!
And thanks to all of you who faithfully leaves a comment to support and encourage me to continue blogging!
I really really apreciate it <3
